Job summary

Apploi in Westlake, Ohio is seeking a Night Shift RN to join Rae-Ann Westlake Skilled-Long Term Care Facility. You will develop, coordinate, and implement comprehensive patient care plans with medical staff, administer medications, monitor vitals, perform procedures, and assist residents with daily activities.

Active Ohio RN license and CPR certification are required; IV certification is preferred. This is a full-time role with a sign-on bonus and daily pay options.

Qualifications

• Active RN licensure in Ohio.
• Current CPR certification.
• IV certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and implement comprehensive patient care plans with medical and clinical staff.
• Administer medications, perform vital sign checks and procedures, and provide therapeutic treatments.
• Operate medical equipment, monitor patient status, and record information in medical records.
• Assist patients with daily tasks such as bathing and dressing.
• Offer education, emotional support, and guidance for patients, families, and caregivers.

NIGHT SHIFT RN- Registered Nurse Rae-Ann Westlake- Westlake Skilled-Long Term Care Facility COME JOIN OUR AMAZING TEAM!

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

• Develop, coordinate, and implement comprehensive patient care plans with medical and clinical staff


• Administer medications, perform vital sign checks and medical procedures, and provide therapeutic treatments such as range-of-motion exercises and massage


• Operate medical equipment, monitor and assess patient status, and record patient information in medical records


• Assist patients with daily tasks such as bathing and dressing


• Offer education, emotional support, and guidance for patients, families, and caregivers
