Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
Monitor patient's condition, identifying and reporting any changes or concerns
Serve as a leader and role model, promoting a positive and respectful work environment
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to facility policies and regulations
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, ensuring high standards of patient care and satisfaction
