Job summary

PRT Staffing in Pompano Beach, FL is seeking experienced Warehouse Selectors to operate ride-on pallet jacks in a fast-paced distribution environment. You will pick orders with finger scanners, build and stage pallets, and maintain productivity while following safety procedures.

This night shift runs Sunday through Friday starting at 6:30 PM; overtime is mandatory as needed. Steel toe boots are required on day one, and applicants must read, write, and communicate in English and maintain reliable

Qualifications

• Previous ride-on pallet jack experience required.
• Experience using RF scanners or finger scanners preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Must be dependable and maintain excellent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Operate a ride-on electric pallet jack safely and efficiently.
• Select customer orders accurately using finger scanners.
• Stage and prepare orders for shipment.
• Build pallets according to company standards.
• Maintain productivity and accuracy goals.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and work methods.
• Work in a cold and wet warehouse environment.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.
