Job summary

BellStore is seeking a Customer Service Representative for the St. Clairsville location to staff the third/midnight shift (approximately 10pm–6am).

The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, handling cash, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean store environment. The position can be full-time or part-time with duties spanning assisting customers, processing transactions, stock replenishment, and teamwork with BellStore staff.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail environment.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Stock and merchandise replenishment duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, fast, efficient, and friendly service.
• Handle money and complete transactions.
• Stock merchandise on sales floor and in coolers.
• Work with other store employees as a BellStore Team.
• Maintain clean facilities and work environment.
• Other duties as assigned by Store Management.
• Standing 90 %, lifting up to 40 lb daily.
• Reaching daily, bending daily, pushing equipment daily.
• Pulling cart daily.
