Qualifications

• Read, understand, and write English at least an eighth-grade level.
• Able to validate ID prior to selling tobacco/alcohol as required by regulations.
• Can lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to remain calm and follow policies in emergencies.
• Able to work in varying temperatures and environments (coolers, outdoors, store).
• Must be 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Work a flexible schedule as needed and communicate changes promptly.
• Greet customers with a friendly, professional manner.
• Prepare a shift report at the end of the shift per guidelines.
• Provide the best customer experience and promote store specials.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of the store environment.
• Operate store equipment safely and report incidents.
