Job summary

Nouria Energy Corporation is seeking a Sales Associate to manage the station during their shift, ensuring efficient operations and delivering a friendly, high-quality customer experience at every contact. You will greet customers, suggest purchases, process transactions, and promote store specials while complying with safety rules and environmental regulations.

You will also prepare a shift report, address emergencies calmly, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Read, understand, and write English at an 8th-grade level.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and carry boxes and milk cartons using proper lifting techniques.
• Ability to work flexible schedule and respond to emergencies as per policy.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and sincere greeting and provide excellent customer service.
• Suggest possible purchases and promote store specials to increase sales.
• Prepare and review shift reports at the end of the shift per company guidelines.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and appearance of the store; adhere to all regulations.
