Medical City Dallas is seeking a Respiratory Therapist for a Seasonal Temp role on the night shift. The position runs from 9/2/2026 to 4/3/2027 with a rate of $52/hr.

The Respiratory Therapist will deliver care across modalities, support student clinicians, and ensure compliance with hospital policies. This temporary role involves weekend and holiday coverage, potential float to nearby facilities, and a clinical competency evaluation.

Formación

• BLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Active Respiratory Therapist/Practitioner license (RRT/RCP) or equivalent.
• NBRC CRT or NBRC RRT certification required.
• Seasonal staff are PRN and may be called for shifts; no guaranteed hours.
• May float to other facilities within close geography.
• Four weekend shifts are required each 4 week schedule period.
• Two holiday shifts during the 32-week period.
• Seasonal staff may be first on call-off.
• Not eligible if currently full-time/part-time or PRN employee.
• Must pass clinical competency evaluation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide respiratory care per policies and competencies.
• Perform assigned respiratory procedures across modalities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team.
• May supervise or mentor students during clinical care.
