Job summary

Tom Trese Networking LLC is seeking a Respiratory Therapist for night shift coverage in a community-focused Ohio hospital. The role involves administering therapies, ventilator management, and critical care duties on nights with every 3rd weekend rotation.

Qualifications include AMA-approved school graduate status, Ohio Licensure, CRT or RRT, BLS, and preferred 3+ years CPR/respiratory experience. On-call duties and ongoing development are expected.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA-approved School of Respiratory Therapy.
• CRT or RRT certification and Ohio license.
• Current Ohio Respiratory Therapist license.
• BLS required; ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications.
• 3+ years of cardiopulmonary experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapy to all patient age groups.
• Set up, manage, and monitor mechanical ventilators; airway management.
• Perform emergency intubation and airway management.
• Monitor oxygen delivery methods and potential side effects.
• Perform arterial blood gas punctures and analysis.
• Perform EKGs and transmit reports to physicians.
• Inspect and safely operate respiratory equipment.
• Assess patient status and adjust care plans.
