UCP Heartland in Webster Groves, MO is hiring a Residential Direct Care Professional (DSP/OT) for full-time night shifts (11 PM–7 AM), Tue, Wed, Thu, Sat, Sun. The role provides daily living support, personal care, and community activities.

You will follow medical orders, assist with medications, and ensure clients have safe, engaging options each day. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required, with weekend availability and 40-hour weekly schedule.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Clean driving record and successfully completes and maintains assigned drivers training.
• A minimum of one weekend shift per weekend.
• Experience supporting individuals with disabilities or in a customer service field.
• Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to consistently work in a professional, cooperative manner with all Agency clients and personnel.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Valid drivers' license.
• Computer Proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical assistance with daily tasks, assist with personal hygiene, including toileting and facilitate fun activities.
• Follow medical orders and administer medications.
• Provide choices to the clients for their daily activities to provide entertainment and community outings.
