Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a Baccalaureate Degree in a Human Service field and current or enrolledBradley Hospital Crisis Management certification.
• CPR, ERS and OSHA certifications must be current and maintained per policy.
• Experience with direct child care in a clinical or residential setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participates in maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment for assigned children.
• Develops and operationalizes the residential care plan with supervision.
• Documents observations and milestones in the child’s chart in a timely manner.
