Trinity Health Of New England is seeking a Virtual Monitoring Attendant to join our mission-driven team. The role involves remote camera monitoring to continuously observe patients, assisting nursing staff, and ensuring patient safety and comfort.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and the ability to work calmly under pressure. The position requires 36 hours weekly on a 7:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m. shift, with every other weekend/holiday as scheduled.

Competenze

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Capable of continuous monitoring of up to 16 patients at one time.
• Ability to communicate verbally, calmly and courteously in stressful situations.
• Ability to pass drug screenings and background checks.

Mansioni

• Maintains visual observation at all times, monitoring patient behaviors and movements.
• Verbally redirects patient over digital two-way audio device when needed.
• Immediately summons nursing staff if the patient requires assistance.
