Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking an LPN/LVN for full-time night shifts to provide compassionate, personalized care and to support patients’ rehabilitation goals. Join a team dedicated to outcomes and professional growth, with tuition reimbursement and personalized career path plans.

You will deliver direct patient care, monitor vitals, collaborate with RNs, and build meaningful relationships with patients to support their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN license as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• One year of experience in an inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting is preferred.
• Rehabilitation experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, aligning with the personalized care plan and physician orders.
• Observe patient behaviors, including monitoring vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments.
• Collaborate directly with Registered Nurses to report findings and execute patient care plans.
• Cultivate meaningful relationships with patients by dedicating time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs for a successful recovery.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.
