Sunrise Manor & Convalescent Center in Amelia, Ohio is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for night shift 7p-7a to join our long-term care team. You will provide safe, compassionate nursing care, administer medications, perform assessments, and collaborate with physicians, families, and the care team.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio RN license or multi-state license
• Current CPR certification
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per resident plan of care, including meds administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation
• Supervise Nursing Assistants/STNAs and oversee day-to-day activities
• Monitor residents, recognize changes, and notify physician and care team
• Promote a positive, resident-centered environment
