Tower Health's Pottstown Hospital is seeking a registered nurse to develop, implement, and evaluate the nursing plan of care in collaboration with all disciplines, and to support the medical plan of care with excellence and compassion.

Shifts are 7pm–7:30am with every 3rd weekend and every other holiday. We offer generous time off, tuition assistance, and comprehensive benefits, plus Tower Advance Pay for financial flexibility and support from an Employee Assistance Program.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and PA RN license.
• Competencies and trainings completed as required for the role.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and evaluates the nursing plan of patient care in collaboration with all disciplines.
• Supports the medical plan of care with nursing judgment and collaboration.
