Qualifications

• Graduate from a nursing program accredited by the state of SC.
• Current unencumbered SC nursing license.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to assess patients and develop individualized care plans.
• Maintain open communication with patients and families regarding care and progress.
• Ensure appropriate nursing care is provided and monitor patient responses to treatments.
• Assist with medications, treatments, and other patient care duties as assigned.

REGISTERED NURSES needed in the South Carolina Low Country!

NHC HealthCare Bluffton, a 120 bed skilled and long term care facility near Hilton Head, is in need of Registered Nurses to join their team of caring professionals. The qualified RN for this position must be a graduate from a nursing program accredited by the state of SC and maintain a current unencumbered license to practice in the state.

Responsibilities

• Work with the interdisciplinary care team to assure accurate patient assessment and development of individualized plans of care
• Maintain open and ongoing communication with patients and families
• Assure that appropriate nursing care is being provided
• Assist with meds and treatments as needed and other patient care duties as assigned
