Job summary

Methodist Dallas Medical Center is seeking a STAFF NURSE for night shifts to care for patients across our units. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care and participate in continuous improvement of patient outcomes.

The role requires Texas RN licensure, BSN preferred, and active BLS certification. You will report to the Nurse Manager and collaborate with a broad health-system team in a Magnet-designated hospital with extensive patient

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. BSN preferred.
• Current TX RN license to practice.
• Current BLS certification.
• Additional certifications as required by department.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect nursing care using the nursing process.
• Direct and supervise other team members to deliver patient care.
• Maintain communication with multidisciplinary team to ensure age-appropriate care.
