Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Leads self, others or leaders as per OneCHRISTUS competencies.
• Performs nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, evaluation for assigned patients.
• Addresses complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families.
• Administers medications and treatments, monitors side effects and effectiveness.
• Documents patient history, symptoms, medication, and care given.
• Assesses learning needs and educates patients, family members, and caregivers.
