The Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital Corporation is seeking a registered nurse to provide patient care consistent with the nursing process and department standards. You will function as a clinical resource, supervise caregivers, and support patient-centered outcomes on a 36-hour weekly night shift at 1575 Cambridge Street.

Requirements include MA RN licensure, BLS, and a Bachelor’s degree preferred with strong English communication and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with active RN license in MA.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Perform nursing assessment and develop an individualized care plan.
• Provide safe, effective patient care and document accordingly.
• Administer medications per policies and physician orders.
• Coordinate with care team to meet patient goals and education.
• Supervise and mentor other caregivers as needed.
• Engage in team conferences to achieve department objectives.
