Sanford Health in Minocqua, WI, is seeking a Registered Nurse to apply the nursing process and provide individualized patient care. You will collaborate with physicians and the care team to plan, implement and evaluate care across all phases of treatment.

The role requires graduating from an accredited nursing program with an RN license in good standing; BSN is preferred. Night shifts are available, with a strong focus on safety and quality care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice or multistate license if applicable.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) to deliver individualized patient care.
