Temple Health in Philadelphia is seeking an experienced RN to join our Float Dept on a 36-hour night flex schedule from 7pm to 7:30am. The role involves assessing, implementing, and evaluating patient care under physician direction and coordinating with the care team.

A graduate from an accredited nursing program is required, with preferred Bachelor's degree. At least 1 year in a clinical specialty is preferred; PA RN license and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing is required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1 year experience in area of clinical specialty preferred.
• PA Registered Nurse license required.
• Basic Life Support required.
• Multi-State Compact RN license required or eligible.

Responsabilités

• Assesses, implements, and evaluates care for assigned patients under the direction of the licensed physician.
• Directs nursing support staff in the provision of patient care according to standards of nursing practice and policy.
• Collaborates with patient and family and health-care team to individualize care.
