Job summary
Life Care Centers of America in Colorado Springs is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team. The RN delivers quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact and provides care and services to help patients attain or maintain the highest practicable well-being in accordance with laws and Life Care standards.
The role requires an active RN license and a nursing diploma, CPR certification, and ideally one year of skilled nursing experience.
Qualifications
- RN license required; CPR certification required.
- Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor's) required.
- One year skilled nursing experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Deliver quality nursing care to patients.
- Evaluate patient needs and revise care plans.
- Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs.
- Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team.
