Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) with evidence-based care.
• Delivers relationship-based, patient-centered care respecting cultural diversity.
• Collaborates with the care team and supports interdisciplinary rounds.
• Promotes evidence-based practice and adheres to patient safety standards.
