Job summary

Centurion is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join Shawnee Correctional Center in Shawnee, Illinois. The RN provides holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the DON and Nursing Supervisor, in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Associate's degree in nursing (ADN) required.
Registered Nurse (RN) license or ability to obtain one required.
Must be CPR certified.
Ability to obtain security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients within the appropriate scope of practice.
Collaborate with the DON and Nursing Supervisor and a multi-disciplinary team to identify, assess, and respond to physical, psychological, and social needs of patients.
