Job summary

Centurion Health seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to join Debra K. Johnson Rehabilitation Center in Nashville, Tennessee.

The RN provides holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the oversight of the Nursing leadership and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to meet diverse health needs. Requirements include Tennessee RN license or ability to obtain, current CPR, and the ability to obtain security clearance.

Qualifications

• Tennessee RN license or ability to obtain license.
• Current CPR.
• Corrections experience not required.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, including drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients within the scope of practice.
• Work under the direction of the Director of Nursing and/or Nursing Supervisor.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to identify, assess and respond to physical, psychological and social needs.
