Job summary

Virtua Health in New Jersey is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care during night shifts. The RN will collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver evidence-based nursing care.

Qualifications

• NJ RN License is required; refer to Nursing Manual policies.
• 0–1 years experience required, 2–4 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs patient assessment and develops a plan of care.
• Administers, monitors and documents therapies.
• Participates in clinical decision-making and care coordination.
• Educates patients and families about disease processes and care needs.
• Delegates and monitors care within the nursing team.
