Job summary

Vanderbilt Health in Lebanon, TN seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to assess, implement and evaluate patient care on a dedicated unit. You will work under the Clinical Director, collaborating with nursing, physicians, and families to deliver high-quality care across the continuum.

The role requires self-direction, strong communication, and commitment to excellence. FT Nights, 36 hours per week (7 PM–7 AM) with weekend/holiday rotation.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Self-directed with strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates in establishing the plan of care and coordinates delivery across the continuum.
• Analyzes information to determine nursing diagnosis.
• Monitors progress and applies interventions to achieve outcomes.
• Promotes health and a safe environment.
• Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
