Qualifications

• RN license in the state of employment with current BLS certification.
• Proven experience in diverse clinical environments including hospitals, clinics, assisted living facilities, or nursing homes.
• Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems for accurate documentation.
• Critical care experience preferred (ICU/trauma) and familiarity with emergency medicine.
• IV insertion/infusion therapy, phlebotomy, and sterile processing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments including vitals and health history using EMR systems.
• Administer medications and treatments following HIPAA and aseptic protocols.
• Assist with diagnostics, imaging, and wound care as needed.
• Manage complex cases across acute, chronic, and geriatric populations.
• Educate patients and families on discharge planning, medications, and chronic disease management.
