Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care and supervision as assigned.
• Delegates and participates in safe nursing care activities.
• Evaluates effectiveness of patient care and identifies improvements.
• Collaborates with healthcare team for discharge planning.
• Provides patient/family teaching based on needs.
• Participates in quality improvement and research activities.
• Maintains clinical competencies through required education.

Education
