Job summary

The Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital Corporation is seeking a Regular full-time Registered Nurse at our Cambridge campus. Night shift, 36 hours per week, on-site at 1575 Cambridge Street. You will provide individualized nursing care, administer medications, monitor patients, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe, evidence-based care.

RN license required; Associate's Degree in Nursing required or Bachelor's preferred. 0–1 year of clinical nursing experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required or preferred.
• Registered Nurse license required.
• Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year.
• Confidentiality and patient privacy.
• Excellent communication and medical terminology knowledge.
• Triage of acute patients and care planning.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate reports and records.
• Administer medications and monitor for reactions.
• Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
• Consult with healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care.
• Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by responses and conditions.
