Job summary

Hartford HealthCare in Windsor, CT is seeking a Registered Nurse for the 7:00 PM–7:30 AM night shift with every-other-weekend and rotating 2-week schedules. Eligible for an $8,000 sign-on bonus.

Utilizing the nursing process, you will deliver high-quality patient-centered care, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, and communicate patient status accurately while adapting to changes in condition. CT licensure and BLS/ACLS are required.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Nursing with a current licensure in the State of Connecticut.
• Must have Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification or obtain during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to provide direct and indirect patient-centered care.
• Coordinate patient care with the interdisciplinary team; communicate patient condition accurately and respond to changes.
• Demonstrate growth and development knowledge to provide age-appropriate care; promote professional nursing practice.
