Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care through assessment, planning, implementation, coordination, and evaluation of patient care services.
• Complete comprehensive admission assessments accurately and within established timeframes, identifying patient care needs and documenting findings appropriately.
• Assess, monitor, and manage patient pain, implementing appropriate interventions and evaluating patient responses to promote comfort and optimal outcomes.
• Provide individualized, compassionate care responsive to each patient's age, developmental stage, cultural background, condition, and unique healthcare needs.
• Maintain accurate, complete, timely, and legible clinical documentation in accordance with organizational policies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements.
