Job summary

SBM is seeking a Recycle Technician in Aurora, IL to support recycling, reuse, and reclamation programs. The role requires following safety rules and working as part of a team on a Sunday–Wednesday night shift from 6:00 PM to 4:30 AM. A high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of recycling experience are preferred.

CPR/First Aid certification is a plus, and a valid driver's license may be required. Applicants should demonstrate strong communication skills, the ability to read and interpret

Responsibilities

• Recycle, reuse, and sort materials; maintain logs and schedules.
• Operate with proper PPE and maintain a clean work area.
• Communicate professionally with leads, supervisors, coworkers, and customers.
• Support shift lead with punch-list items and safety responsibilities.
