Job summary

Siemens Healthineers in Covington, GA is seeking a radiopharmaceutical manufacturing specialist responsible for synthesis, QC, packaging, logistics, and adherence to regulatory standards for diagnostic imaging.

This overnight role involves working with HPLC, GC, TLC, cyclotron equipment, and coordinating courier logistics, with GDP documentation and strict safety compliance. The position offers a 5-week training program and comprehensive benefits including 20 days PTO and 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; specialized training may be required.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced lab and able to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking and independence.
• Basic computer skills and effective written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate chemistry instruments (HPLC, GC, TLC, cyclotron) for manufacturing and QC of radiopharmaceuticals.
• Document manufacturing, QC, preventive maintenance, investigations, deviations and out-of-spec events with GDP.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot critical equipment.
• Prepare products for shipment and coordinate courier logistics.
• Maintain aseptic environments and environmental monitoring; ensure safety/regulatory compliance.
