Job summary

Yale New Haven Health is seeking a part-time Radiologic Technologist to join our Diagnostic Radiology team on the night shift (10:30 pm–7:00 am). You will perform radiographic exams, ensure image quality, and deliver compassionate patient care in a fast-paced setting.

Under supervision, you will verify orders, operate imaging equipment safely, and contribute to quality assurance, patient satisfaction, and departmental workflows across multiple locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduation from AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program required.
• ARRT certification required; CT license CT state license required.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic radiographic examinations per protocols.
• Verify physician orders prior to procedures.
• Produce diagnostic-quality images for interpretation.
• Operate radiographic equipment safely and effectively.
• Maintain patient safety, comfort and dignity during procedures.
• Document and manage images for medical records and billing.
• Support education of students and new technologists.
• Deliver excellent patient service and teamwork.
