Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology plus three (3) months or less of on-the-job training and orientation.
• Massachusetts license.
• A.R.R.T. registration; registry-eligible candidates must show documentation that the exam was passed within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Operate conventional, fluoroscopic, and portable radiology equipment to obtain routine radiographs per physician specifications.
• Assist physicians in examinations by preparing contrast media and positioning patients, maintaining sterile procedures.
• Demonstrate a patient-centered approach with compassion, advocacy, and collaboration to support patient and family care.
• Apply critical thinking to resolve procedural situations and manage high-stress emergencies during high-risk procedures.
