Job summary

Olympic Medical Center on the North Olympic Peninsula seeks a Multi-Procedure Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including mammography, with ARRT certification. The role requires independent judgment, patient interaction, and strict adherence to safety standards.

Two years radiology experience preferred; strong knowledge of cross-sectional imaging (CT/MRI) beneficial. Night shift, weekend and holiday coverage with shift differentials and a retention incentive program are

Qualifications

• Completion of formal Radiologic Technology training; ARRT registry or equivalent.
• Two years radiology experience preferred; mammography background advantageous.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and government regulations in imaging.
• Ability to interact professionally with patients, families, physicians and staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of diagnostic radiology procedures with national standards.
• Explain procedures to patients and position immobilize and monitor during scans.
• Maintain radiation safety and use protective devices for patients and staff.
• Work with independent judgment and communicate effectively with the team.
