Job summary

Elm Plating Company is seeking a Production Floater for the 3rd shift in Jackson, MI. The position runs Sunday to Thursday from 10:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

with a starting wage of $13.73 per hour plus a $1.50 shift differential. Company benefits include medical insurance, life insurance, short-term disability, and more. Primary function is racking aluminum parts, with duties to follow the production schedule, read routers, and adhere to safety/environmental policies.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and follow written work instructions.
• Attention to detail and quality is a must.
• Must have good hand/eye coordination and manual dexterity skills.
• Must maintain prompt and regular attendance.
• Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of management and plant employees both verbally and in written form.

• Read and understand routers.
• Follow work instructions.
