Universal Destinations & Experiences invites you to join Universal Horror Unleashed in Las Vegas, a year-round experience near Area 15. You will operate the POS, assist with light-bite food prep, and deliver warm guest service in a high-energy setting that runs late evenings and weekends.

This role supports Team Member Dining, helps with crowd flow, cleans dining areas, and ensures compliance with Nevada liquor and food-safety standards while contributing to a safe, fun environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with basic food preparation and guest service.
• Ability to operate a POS system and process orders accurately.
• Must be able to work late evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare light-bite food options and operate fryers for quick service locations within Universal Horror Unleashed.
• Take and fill guest orders; operate POS accurately per procedures.
• Support Team Member Dining pick up; ensure orders are correct and condiments stocked.
• Provide friendly assistance to guests and manage crowd flow and line speed.
• Assist with cleaning tables and maintaining floors; stock condiments and straighten seating.
• Ensure adherence to Nevada State Liquor Statutes and food safety handling requirements.
• Participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities as per policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
