Job summary

Fitesa in Simpsonville, SC seeks a Manufacturing Quality Lab Technician to support product quality by testing materials from extrusion lines, recording results, and flagging out-of-specs. You’ll work nights on a 7:45pm–8am shift, follow sampling plans, and enter results into the ERP for traceability.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 3 years in manufacturing with 2 in a lab, proficiency in MS Office, data analysis skills, and the ability to read specs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years manufacturing experience, 2 in a lab preferred.
• Strong statistical analysis and data-tracking skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with ERP/database systems.

Responsibilities

• Test materials from extrusion lines and follow sampling plans.
• Enter results into ERP for traceability and reporting.
• Create substandard reports and segregate defects.
• Follow process control strategies and communicate results to shop floor.
• Support operating teams to improve quality.
