Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC is seeking a Production Inspector to visually inspect filled products off the filling line in the Capping Department. You will follow SOPs and cGMPs and document results accurately.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work with inspection equipment. English language proficiency is required, and prior pharmaceutical experience is valued.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• 1–3 years pharmaceutical experience preferred.
• Basic math skills for calculations.
• Visual ability to detect defective vials.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Maintain visual inspection qualification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspects products for defects.
• Documents work accurately and timely.
• Complies with SOPs and cGMPs.
• Sets up, adjusts, and operates inspection equipment.
• Performs start-up procedures for filling operations.
• Performs quality checks on product.
• Calculates percent defective and reconciles batch components.
• Loads/unloads vials and handles pallets.
