Job summary

OGS Industries is seeking a Quality Inspector for the night shift at the OGS Machining location. The role involves ensuring quality through Receiving, Layout, In-process, and Final Inspection, with documentation and SPC support. A shift premium is offered, and overtime may occur on Fridays.

Required are 5+ years in Quality Control/Assurance, GD&T drawing interpretation, and experience with inspection equipment. ISO 9001/AS9100/IATF14949 knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 5 years in Quality Control/Assurance Inspection.
• Ability to interpret drawings and GD&T.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF14949.
• Experience with CMM and optical comparator is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Understand and follow OGS quality system requirements.
• Review customer requirements and provide documentation during Receiving, Layout, In-process, and Final Inspection.
• Document SPC as needed to support quality efforts.
• Follow IPD documents and adhere to procedures.
• Use inspection equipment and calibrate as required.
