Job summary

Amgen seeks an Associate Quality Control professional for the night shift to perform GMP analytical testing in a biopharma setting. You will handle assays on manufacturing samples, raw materials, and environmental monitoring, while ensuring compliance with GMP standards.

The role requires experience in analytical/biological testing, familiarity with QC systems, and strong organizational and communication skills to support investigations and documentation.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED with 2+ years of experience, or an associate's/bachelor's degree.
• 1–3 years GMP lab experience.
• Proficiency in analytical/biological testing per Methods/Compendia.
• Familiarity with QC systems.
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Understanding of biopharma processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform assays on manufacturing samples (e.g., Titer, Endotoxin, Microbiology), raw materials, environmental monitoring, and utilities.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Generate and review documentation.
• Operate laboratory equipment.
• Support troubleshooting, deviations, and investigations.
