Job summary

Henkel is seeking a Quality Operations Technician to join its Consumer Brands unit in a role focused on analytical testing and batch analysis. You will test materials, samples and finished products, ensure accuracy in documentation, and support calibration and maintenance of critical lab equipment.

This position requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years in manufacturing or labs, and flexibility to work weekend overtime on a 3rd shift. Benefits include health insurance and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing or laboratory environments.
• Willingness to work weekend overtime and rotate assignments.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform analytical and microbiological testing of raw materials, batch samples and finished goods per SOPs.
• Analyze completed product batches and adjust batches as necessary.
• Calibrate and perform preventative maintenance on lab equipment.
• Verify critical manufacturing equipment for quality control.
• Sample incoming materials and document results in the system.
