Randstad USA is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector in San Leandro, CA. You will perform routine QC inspections on components, sub-assemblies, or finished products following SOPs and visual aids.

You will use calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify tolerances, meticulously document results including NCRs, and monitor production to ensure methods are followed. The role requires flexibility for night shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with basic mechanical understanding.
• Experience performing QC inspections and documenting non-conformances (NCRs).
• Proficiency using calipers, micrometers, and gauges for precision measurement.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine QC inspections on components, sub-assemblies, or finished products per SOPs and visual aids.
• Accurately use precision measuring tools to verify tolerances and specifications.
• Meticulously document inspection results, including passing metrics and NCRs, ensuring audit readiness.
• Monitor production processes to ensure operators follow established methods and protocols.
• Adapt quickly to different quality systems and client environments for short-term mandates.
