Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) for a FT night shift at Waters Edge Village in Indiana. You will learn residents' life stories and promote physical and psychosocial well-being, forming meaningful relationships with residents and staff.

Responsibilities include medication administration under supervision, collaborating with nursing teams, and upholding the CARE values of compassion, accountability, relationships and excellence.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a state approved training program in medication administration.
• Indiana QMA license.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• C.A.R.E. values to residents, family, customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with residents and staff through daily QMA duties.
• Assist with medication administration to promote residents' well-being.
• Collaborate with nursing and facility teams to ensure coordinated care.
