Job summary

Lonza in Portsmouth, NH, is seeking a QC Analyst II-Operations-Night Shift to support product quality through testing of materials, in-process and finished products. You will deliver timely results, review data for compliance, and document activities following established procedures in a regulated lab.

You will develop expertise in environmental monitoring, biochemistry, and microbiology, collaborating with Quality and Manufacturing to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Life Sciences or a combination of education and relevant experience.
• Experience working in a regulated laboratory or cGMP environment.
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends or issues.
• Experience using laboratory systems, quality systems, or related software tools.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to quality, safety, continuous learning, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and stability samples to support product quality.
• Deliver accurate and timely laboratory results to support manufacturing operations and product release.
• Review analytical data and documentation to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Document laboratory activities, investigations, and quality records in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain laboratory materials, supplies, and organization to support efficient operations.
• Develop knowledge in environmental monitoring, biochemistry, and microbiology testing methods.
• Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, and technical teams to support continuous improvement and operational excellence.
