The LTC Charles S. Kettles VA Medical Center is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) in Progressive Care aligned under the Associate Director of Patient Care Services (ADPCS).

The role requires meeting VA nursing qualification standards, holding an active RN license, and providing high-quality care across shifts, including night hours. It emphasizes professional development within a federal benefits framework.

Formación

• Must be proficient in basic written and spoken English.
• Graduate of a nursing program approved by ACEN or CCNE at time of completion.
• Current, full, active, and unrestricted RN license in the United States or District of Columbia.

Responsabilidades

• Provide progressive care nursing with accountability for delegated tasks.
• Formulate care plans based on nursing assessments.
• Seek guidance to improve patient care and outcomes.
• Delegate care elements based on patient needs and safety.
• Apply nursing knowledge with development of advanced clinical skills.
• Participate in maintaining patient care quality and safety in a VA setting.
