Qualifications

Prior production or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
Comfort working overnight shifts in a warm warehouse environment.
Strong attendance, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude.
Ability to stand throughout the shift and lift, stack, and move products while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Verify products match production schedules and specifications.
Monitor product quality throughout the production process.
Retrieve products from the line and transfer them for post-processing.
Set up, operate, monitor, and troubleshoot post-processing equipment.
Pack and palletize finished products, stack pallets up to 104 inches high using a step platform, and accurately track production counts.
