Qualifications

• Frequent lifting 37–58 lbs; up to 80 lbs with team.
• Must pass pre-employment drug and background checks.
• PPE compliance and excellent attendance required.

Responsibilities

• Wipe down rails to prep for solar panel adhesion.
• Break down boxes and crates; move materials through production.
• Perform basic quality inspections and document data.
• Operate equipment and monitor production process.
