Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, Oxford, NC is seeking a Manufacturing Production Technician to join our Bandag plant operations. You will focus on setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting production equipment on night shifts (8- or 12-hour).

Starting pay is $22.95/hour with opportunities to earn up to $28.14/hour and shift premiums. Responsibilities include moving materials, monitoring quality, keeping production records, and supporting a safe, efficient manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED, or equivalent is a plus.
• Preferred 2 years of employment stability.
• Preferred 1 year manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing production equipment.
• Move, pack, and sort raw materials or finished goods.
• Monitor the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products.
• Maintain accurate daily production records.
• Other duties as assigned.
